With shoulder impingement, Supraspinatus is the most commonly affected muscle(see the video ,victim of shoulder impingement) but Infraspinatus tenonitis/tendinopathy is often affected too. In that case, these exercises may be more relevant but more importantly, have a proper assessment from a professional before doing them.
