I talk about those relevant things you need for sleep initiation. Matt Walker did a Ted presentation recently. Matt Walker's talk was titled sleep is your superpower. In that sleep talk, Matt talked about the problems sleep deprivation can cause to one's health.
The sleep deprivation effects can be devastating in the long run.
Getting the right sleep quantity and quality is very important to human health - your health. So do not ignore your sleep problems. Fix your tossing and turning whilst trying to sleep and protect your health.
