Although It's Not Popular in POE 3.7, But Elementalist Storm Brand is still a good Build

Although Elementalist is not popular build in POE 3.7 League, I personally still like this profession. Storm Brand Elementalist offers excellent clear speed and capable boss damage. Gameplay is smooth thanks to the instant cast nature of brand recall, as well as the instant damage from Storm Brand.
