US releases video it claims show Iran removing mine from tanker

The United States is using a low-resolution video as evidence of Iranian involvement in an oil tanker attack.
But Iran has dismissed it as sabotage diplomacy.
The Japanese owner of one of the ships says his crew saw objects flying toward the boat before an explosion.
