Babush Monserrate, the newly elected MLA of Panaji said that he has just begun the movement of removal of Casinos from river Mandovi. He said Chief Minister Pramod Sawant should now take a call on and decided to shift the casinos. Whoever is in favor Babush says they can take these casinos in their constituencies like calangute.
