Division 2 ~ MISSING Ghost Bullets? Why are Bullets VANISHING? Perhaps FPS is the cause?! BUG?

This is just a "sorta" quick video on me testing how FPS is affecting the "Ghost/Missing" bullets in the Shooting range. Officially they have stated the environment is blocking bullets at times causing them to not be counted, however reddit and many others are not very convinced... I am on PC testing as well.

THIS IS AN EXAGGERATED TEST! Just to see how frame rate corresponds with RPM/Bullets and see if it would produce the same results no matter what FPS you were at I would assume. Perhaps I am wrong..
