Budget set to be read even as stalemate on the division of revenue bill is yet to be resolved

National treasury and national assembly are on the spot for approving budget estimates before the two houses of parliament resolve the stalemate on the division of revenue bill. The mediation committee handling the division of revenue bill is yet to agree on the amount to be devolved to counties while treasury cabinet secretary Henry Rotich is set to read budget highlights and revenue raising measures tomorrow.
