I received the smartx chip as part of trade from my good friend Perry all the way in Norway thank you very much for that chip. this video you can see what exactly I did to install I remove the board completely from the Xbox go over the different ways of hooking up LCD screen and showing you what to expect if you do so yourself. This was a very very fun project I'm still not done. I might be uploading when finished still a long way to go but so far very fun!!! I urge you to watch the entire video so you don't miss anything.
