Gobble | Daliya Pulao | दलिया पुलाव | Healthy and Tasty Recipe Daliya pulao
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Broken wheat Rava (Dalia/ Godumai Rava)
For the vegetables
¼ cup beans
¼ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup beans
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
2 chopped green chillies
½ cup corn
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Other ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
500 ml water
Method:
Dry roast the daliya in a pan till slightly brown, once done remove & keep aside.
Now in a pressure cooker heat some ghee & temper the cumin seeds & bay leaves, next add the chopped onions & green chillies & saute well, once the onions start to brown a but, add the rest of the vegetables & saute well.
Once the vegetables turn soft, add the spice powders & ginger garlic paste & cook for another 2 mins
Now add the daliya & mix well
Next add water give it a quick stir & place the lid.
Cook for 3 - 4 whistle on medium heat.
Serve hot with raita.
